Inoxtorres designs and manufactures sterilization autoclaves by ethylene oxide (ETO) for the sterilization of thermo sensitive products (sensitive to heat and humidity) such as syringes, catheters, dialysis cartridges, plastic dressings, sutures, etc.
Description of our Ethylene Oxide Sterilizers (ETO)
The design is modular and allows dividing the risk areas to reduce the chances of encountering an explosive atmosphere. They are tailor-made and flexible projects, according to the client’s requirements, both in the configuration of the camera and in the auxiliary equipment. Our cameras are ready to cycle “All in One” if the customer so wishes, or has the possibility of using a preconditioning and / or degassing rooms. We have standard models that range from 4 Europalets (10m3) to 32 Europalets (80.6m3), but you can customize the design according to the needs of the end user.

Safety in our ETO sterilizers
For Inoxtorres, the safety of both the personnel and the sterilization team is a priority. For that, the PLC is programmed with its security modules, so the SCADA according to the FMEA of each project. In addition, the design has a series of safety features, for example: tripling of sensors for each critical function (PL / SIL), automatic calculation of the explosion triangle, flame-off, etc.
